• Request a website login so you can view private pages such as Board Meeting Minutes.
• Sign up for HOA Community emails – this is done automatically if you Request a website login.
• Find out the Trash and Recycling pickup schedule.
• Learn the Community Rules and Standards.
• Apply for a Pool Pass.
• Learn the process for making changes to the exterior of your home.
• Find out how to pay HOA dues.
• Get Utilities set up – gas, water, electric, phone
• Visit our Life in Loudoun page – Shopping, Recreation, Schools, Library, etc.
• Loudoun County Government New Residents page.

Renters

Submit a rental agreement — the scanned agreement can be uploaded during completion of the online Request for website login.

Moving Out Checklist

• Request an HOA inspection report to be generated before you sell your home. The HOA community manager will perform the inspection to ensure there are no violations. If repairs are needed, they must be completed before you can sell your home.
• Request a homeowner resale package. The organization should be able to supply you with this package, which you will then have to pass along to the buyer. This is the organization’s way of ensuring that the buyer is completely up to speed about the guidelines, rules, and dues that are involved.
• Trash toters must remain with the property.
• If you will have bulk items for the trash on move-out day, be sure to contact Trash Removal to arrange pickup.
