The Selma Estates Board of Directors employs the services of Community Landscape Services (CLS) to develop a plan to properly manage and enhance the landscape of our common areas. Proper maintenance of the common areas of our community increases property values and improves the quality of life within the community. Services include tree management, mowing, edging, mulching, spring and fall plantings, pruning, and more.

Residents are required to keep their property well-maintained by keeping grass mowed, trimming low branches near walkways, keeping shrubbery and plantings well-maintained, and clearing trash from your property.
