Dear Residents,

Happy New Year! We will look forward to 2021 as the year that we can all come back as Selma community and focus on many planned activities for 2021. One of those will be improving our communications to the community to share plans and progress updates for Selma via this channel. Along with that we will also plan to introduce a Community Newsletter to provide general updates.

At the last board meeting, the Board of Directors voted to replace the broken fence along Montresor road. After long deliberations and analysis, Long Fence was selected and we are happy to report Long Fence is schedule to start work on the Fence Wednesday, January 6, 2021.

We are excited about the new fence as this will help improve the look of our main traffic way into Selma and address one of key issues from the Selma community members.
