The Selma Estates Homeowners 2020 Annual Meeting will be held VIRTUALLY on Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
The purpose of this meeting shall be to elect one (1) person to the Board of Directors and to take such actions as may be necessary to officially conduct the business of the Association. Due to the limitations of conducting a virtual meeting, there will not be nominations form the floor the evening of the meeting.
On Thursday, November 5, 2020, you received an email from EZVote. Please do not delete this email as it is not SPAM. This application will be used to cast your vote for the Board of Directors nominees. Also, we remind you that because of the remote aspect of the annual meeting this year, you will not be able to vote in person the night of the meeting. If you have not yet voted please make sure to do so before voting closes at 5 p.m. on November 17, 2020 or return the paper proxy/ballot to PMP prior to the meeting. If you are unable to vote through the EZVote system, please contact Kelly Bernard at firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy of the proxy/ballot so that you can cast your vote prior to the Annual Meeting.
