Sentry Management oversees the daily operations of our HOA, prepares monthly meeting agendas, provides financial reports, monitors delinquencies, communicates and advises the board and communicates with residents, obtains bids/proposals, coordinates vendors, performs regular site inspections, prepares the annual budget and more.
